Hi All

One of my assignments for Uni this semester required me to write a brochure on an exercise topic of my choice. I picked Cycling and Protein Supplements.

I thought that I'd post it here and see if anyone had any feedback. This is backed by evidence, so I've been reading published papers about this and I've cited the references.

As this is designed to be a folded up brochure, the read order of the columns is 3-6, 1-2. So you'd read the second page first (the third column of the first page is the title), and then the first two columns on the first page.

I don't have an issue with this being posted to the Facebook page, but I do ask that it doesn't get shared wildly among other cycling forums. I don't want to be accused of plagiarism when I submit it.
